Description:
In recognition of all the hard work undertaken by the Arrow District's volunteers, there will be a social event at the Cranbury Park Campsite on Friday 28th June from 19.00hrs to which leaders, trustees and other volunteers of the District's groups and sections are invited.
Food in the way of a BBQ and salads will be provided.
We have booked out the whole site, so we will have total occupancy and those who want to stay overnight will be able to camp, although they will need to remove tents by 09.00hrs, as the site is booked out on Saturday.
If anyone has ideas for activities which might be of interest to others, do
contact Ian Moran (ian_moran@btinternet.com) so we can agree on a plan. A camp fire is a certainty!
Please put the date in your diary and we will be in touch nearer the time to
ascertain numbers, so the right level of catering can be organised and we
can work out the logistics.
